PT Daya Anugrah Mulya yang merupakan pabrik baru yang berlokasi di kota purwakarta, perluasan dari PT Aneka Mitra Gemilang (Wings Group) Kami adalah bagian dari Wings Group dan beroperasi di fasilitas produksi yang luas di kota Bekasi dan Purwakarta

PT Aneka Mitra Gemilang merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang manufaktur. Kami memproduksi barang kebutuhan kesehatan dan kebersihan, termasuk popok bayi (Baby Diapers), pembalut wanita (Sanitary Napkin & Daily Mask).

1. Line Leader

Qualifications:

1. Candidate must own at least a Associate Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering major
2. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
3. Have a good analytical, communication, leadership & problem solving skill
4. Willing to be placed in Purwakarta

Job Description:

• Responsible for the performance of production machines, product quality, workplace safety, production output, and OEE from the production process to the finished diaper product.
• Analyze and identify issues in the production machines, perform machine repairs, and carry out autonomous maintenance.
• Responsible for supervising and evaluating the performance of operators and packers on each machine.

2. Production Admin

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree, majoring in Industrial Engineering major
2. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, but preferably have experience in same field
3. Excellent in data and analytical
4. Have a good communication, leadership and problem solving skills
5. Willing to be placed in Purwakarta

Job Description:

• Responsible for monitoring and ensuring the accuracy of production operational data.
• Responsible for inspecting and verifying the accuracy of production reports and making corrections in case of deviations or errors in production administrative records.
• Responsible for implementing continuous improvement in the production administration system.

3. Staff Petty Cash

Qualifications:

1. Candidate must own at least Associate Degree (D3) major in Economics
2. Minimum 1 year of experience in the same field (open to fresh graduates)
3. Proficient in operating Ms. Excel, familiar with Google Workspace, experienced with SAP is a plus, understanding in bookkeeping
4. Has good communication skills and detail-oriented
5. Willing to be placed in Purwakarta

Job Description:

• Create receipts (invoices for vendor bills).
• Manage small-scale expenses.
• Perform the document filing process related to finances.
• Create stock forms for accounting and weighing
• Conduct regular checks on company assets

4. Production Engineer

Qualifications:

1. Candidate must own at least a Associate Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering major
2. Preferably have 2 years experience in same field
3. Strong knowledge in servo setting, autonomous maintenance, and machine troubleshooting
4. Have a good communication, leadership and problem solving skills
5. Willing to be placed in Purwakarta

Job Description:

• Responsible for analyzing issues and implementing continuous improvement to address workplace safety concerns, improve quality, and ensure smooth production operations.
• Supervise the execution of Autonomous Maintenance repairs, machine modifications (overhaul), new product development trials, and variant/size changes (changeover) on each machine.
• Monitor servo setting parameters and standardize settings implemented across all shifts.
