PT Steel Pipe Indonesia membutuhkan karyawan baru dengan dengan kualifikasi persyaratan dan beberapa posisi bagian sebagai berikut ini :
Production Supervisor -Tubing Line
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily production activities in Slitting and Tube Mill/ERW processes to achieve output, quality, productivity, and efficiency targets.
Coordinate manpower allocation, shift schedules, machine utilization, tooling availability, and material readiness to ensure smooth production operations.
Monitor and control production KPIs, including output, yield, reject rate, downtime, machine efficiency, and welding performance.
Ensure all products comply with customer specifications, production standards, and quality control requirements.
Analyze production performance and identify root causes of quality issues, process abnormalities, machine downtime, and production losses.
Implement corrective and preventive actions to improve operational performance and reduce waste.
Monitor the condition and utilization of production tooling, including slitter knives, rolls, stand rolls, saw blades, and other supporting equipment.
Manage production reports, operational analysis, material consumption, spare part utilization, and departmental budget requirements.
Drive Continuous Improvement initiatives to improve productivity, quality, safety, and cost efficiency.
Lead, coach, train, and develop production personnel to strengthen team capability and performance.
Enforce workplace discipline and ensure compliance with company regulations and standard operating procedures.
Collaborate with Maintenance, Quality Assurance, PPIC, Warehouse, and Engineering teams to support operational excellence.
RequirementsDiploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, or Materials Engineering.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Production Supervisor or in an equivalent leadership role within a manufacturing environment.
Preferably experienced in steel pipe manufacturing, tube manufacturing, roll forming, steel processing, metal processing, or related industries.
Strong understanding of Slitting processes, Tube Mill/ERW operations, material handling systems, and steel pipe manufacturing processes.
Knowledge of steel pipe quality standards, production control systems, and manufacturing best practices.
Ability to analyze production KPIs, including yield, reject rate, downtime, productivity, and machine efficiency.
Familiar with Root Cause Analysis, PDCA, Continuous Improvement, and problem-solving methodologies.
Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and people management skills.
Proficient in using measuring instruments and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel or ERP systems.
Willing to work in a shift-based manufacturing environment when required.
